Our Canadian Vacation - 2021 is an essay or documentary about the covid era and closed borders reopening. If the writing seems a bit chappy and awkward, it was my first effort in a long time at storytelling and ultimately my inspiration to go beyond truth and write the other stories presented here. All of these other stories are part of a collection I would call "so close to the truth" — close, but only close.
